
Dayton is the creative mind behind much of Southern Response’s storytelling. Before stepping into marketing full-time, he spent 8 years in the steel industry, learning the value of grit, teamwork, and precision. For more than a decade, he’s also run his own media company, producing everything from outdoor TV and hunting content to weddings, sports, and industrial projects. Today, Dayton brings that same passion and creativity to showcase the people, culture, and impact that make Southern Response stand out.
